WAUPUN — The Waupun City Council recognized two long-time members of the Waupun Fire Department as they retire from service at the Special Common Council meeting on Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
Lieutenant David Duer, 27 Years of Service.
Lieutenant Wayne Opperman, 26 Years of Service.
Fire Chief B.J. DeMaa thanked the two officers for their service to the community, followed by each giving a short speech.
