WAUPUN — Waupun Folksfest 2025 was held this weekend, September 12 and 13.
This year’s Volksfest was held in the Tanner Park parking lot, across from the Waupun Ice Arena. A large tent was erected as a venue for live music and German beer, food, and wines. The Sno-Blazers Fish Fry was held Friday, followed by the Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast Saturday morning, and Pella Lutheran Church for desserts.
Music on Friday was performed by Copper Box, and Saturday by Carol & The Keynotes and The Mark Jirikovec Band. Other events were also held including bingo, Stein holding contest, Stumpf-fiddle contest, and Hammerschlagen games. A car show was also held on Saturday in the other half of the parking lot, along with a few craft and farmer booths.
