WAUPUN — Waupun Fine Arts hosted The Characters for the third week of Concerts in the Park, held at West End Park every Thursday in July.
The Characters is a Beaver Dam-based three-man band that plays covers of hit classic rock songs.
The band previously played on the main stage at Celebrate Waupun last month, and more recently a concert at Rock River Tap Bar & Grill in Horicon on July 15th.
Concessions were provided by Waupun Rotary Club and Waupun Fine Arts.
Last week the Beaver Dam Community Band played a variety of classical instrumental music. The fourth and final week of Concerts in the Park 2023 will be played by Acoustic Grove, Thursday, July 27th.
