WAUPUN — IceFest is here!
IceFest is a new winter-themed event weekend established to promote the arts in Waupun, with proceeds going to fund seasonal art displays across town. One of the most exciting recent developments in the community, it will host over 50 temporary ice sculptures in the downtown area over the weekend for residents and tourists alike to enjoy.
