(PHOTOS) First Fall Wine Walk has Christmas Theme

WAUPUN — “Cheers to a Christmas Welcome” Fall Wine Walk was well attended Saturday afternoon as attendees visited the participating downtown businesses.

A total of fifteen businesses participated in the Wine Walk, including Rock River Eyewear, Chic Tique, Brooks Shoes, The Clothing Pallet, Thirsty marlins, Home Sweet Home, Bella Glo Beauty Studio, Our Bar, Madeline CLothing Company, Kartetchner & Girls, Charming Reads, and FVS Bank. Three stops were at Stone + Suede, including Verhage’s Furniture and Brows.By.Baley. Check-in was at the old Senior Center at 301 E Main.

Two food trucks were also parked in the new Food Truck Alley between Stone + Suede and Madeline Clothing Company, which had long lines throughout the afternoon.

The event was Christmas themed with several of the participating businesses decorating or dressing up in holiday attire.

Discover Downtown Waupun, who organizes Waupun’s annual Wine Walks, is holding a survey for attendees to give feedback on how it went. Tickets for the event had been sold out as of October 28.
