WAUPUN — Waupun real estate agency My Property Shoppe has opened registration for the annual Christmas Lights Contest, closing December 8th. The contest will be judged from December 10th to the 17th, with trolley rides on the 15th to view all participating homes.
The contest is free to enter for Waupun residents. First place prize is $1,000, with runners up receiving $500 for second place, and $250 for third place. There will also be two “Secret Santa” wild card winners randomly chosen from all entries minus the ranked winners. Light displays need to be lit from 5PM to 10PM each day of the contest for judging.
My Property Shoppe will also be hosting a “Trolley Night” event on December 15th. The trolley will drive a riding route to view all participating homes. Rides begin at 5PM and will go until 8PM, with pick up and drop off at My Property Shoppe. Several downtown shops will have in-store specials during the judging, including Viaggio LLC, Reiki Essentials, Wind and Unwind, Green Collar Grooming, and Weaving it up to you.

Contest Schedule:
December 8th – Sign up ends.
December 10th – Contest begins.
December 15th – Trolley rides from 5PM to 8PM. Leave from My Property Shoppe.
December 17th – Final day of voting.
December 18th – Winners to receive prizes.
