WAUPUN — Real Sportscards-Wisconsin hosted its second “Trade Night” event Friday evening. The event was free to attend and for all ages of trading card enthusiasts, including baseball, football, and even Pokémon cards.

Tom Kulczewski started Real Sportscards in 2016 and ran it online out of his home in Brownsville until they purchased the building in Waupun. The new building was opened in February 2022, including a lounge and meeting room for buyers to open brand new packs of cards.

“We wanted to create a space that would draw people in from all over,” Kulczewski explained. “Waupun was a perfect location for that.”

During the event, four new trading card boxes were released by card producers and Real Sportscards livestreamed the opening of a $4,000 box containing twelve high rarity cards.

The first Real Sportscards “Trade Night” event was hosted earlier this year on July 8th, which was attended by 80 people.

Trade Night was notably attended by Mayor of Waupun Rohn Bishop and 52nd District State Assemblyman Jeremy Thiesfeldt.
